What does it cost to run afterwards?
Less than the work it replaces, and it is not nothing. There are running costs, occasional failures and somebody who has to notice when it stops. Any proposal that presents automation as free after launch has left out the part that decides whether it survives its first year. The same goes for Brussels.
Does this replace anybody's job?
