Where we actually are
Our studio is at 103, Tagore Rd, near Silver Chambers, Kalyan Society, Bhaktinagar Station Plot, Bhakti Nagar, Rajkot, Gujarat 360002, India. We have no UK office and no US office, and no plans to open either. If you need someone who can be in your building this week, we are not that agency — and we would rather say so on this page than in the third meeting.
Every location page on this site says the same thing in its own words. That is deliberate: a city page that implies a local address is the oldest trick in this industry, and it is the one thing a visitor searching for someone nearby has every right to be suspicious of.
Does hiring locally actually matter?
Sometimes, and we would rather tell you which times. Three of the situations below are ones where a local supplier genuinely beats us, and we have put them at the top rather than buried them. The rest are cases where, in the projects we have run, proximity made no difference we could measure.

Our stated opinion, offered as an opinion: if two or more of the three rows where we say hire locally describe your project, hire someone local for those parts. That may still mean hiring us for the build and a local photographer for the shoot, which is a normal arrangement rather than an admission of defeat.

Four mechanisms rather than four promises. Each one exists because its absence is what makes remote delivery go wrong, and each is in place from the first week rather than introduced after a problem.
A board you can open without asking
Every task, its state and whoever holds it sit on a shared board you have access to from the first week. Progress is something you look at rather than something you request, which removes the status meeting that exists only because nobody can see the work.
Decisions written down the day they are made
What was decided, by whom and why goes in writing the same day. A decision nobody can find later is the same as one nobody made, and reconstructing it six weeks on costs more than recording it did.
A named project manager, not a queue
One person owns your account and stays with it. You are not writing to a shared inbox and hoping, and you are not re-explaining the project to whoever picked up the ticket.
An escalation path agreed before anything breaks
At kickoff we agree who you contact when something is wrong, through which channel, and what counts as urgent. Writing that down before an incident is most of what makes an incident survivable.

Is there an ecommerce developer near me?
Probably, and for some work that matters. We are not local to you — our studio is in Rajkot, India — and we build for businesses across the UK and US remotely. If your project needs someone physically present for product photography, on-site point-of-sale testing or large in-person workshops, hire locally for those parts.
Does it matter if my ecommerce agency is not local?
For building and launching an online store, no measurable difference. Design review, development, testing and launch all happen through shared tools regardless of where anyone sits. It matters for work needing physical presence: photography, on-site integration testing, and workshops with large stakeholder groups. Both cases are listed above.
How do remote agencies handle meetings?
Progress sits on a shared board you can check at any time, and every decision is written down the day it is made rather than living in somebody’s memory of a call. Most projects need fewer meetings this way, because the status is visible without anyone having to convene one.
Who do I contact if something breaks?

Can I meet the team in person?
You can visit our Rajkot studio, and clients have. We do not travel to the UK or US as standard, and we would not price a project as though we did. If in-person presence is a requirement rather than a preference, a local agency is the better choice and we will say so.
Are local agencies more expensive than remote ones?
Usually, yes — UK and US agency rates are typically higher than ours, and that difference is a large part of why clients work with us. The cost that offsets it is coordination, which we manage through written decisions and visible progress boards rather than expecting you to absorb it.
How do I know a remote agency is legitimate?
Check what can be verified without asking them: a real street address rather than a virtual office, a phone number that a person answers, a company presence you can find independently, and a parent company you can look up. Be wary of any agency where none of that is checkable.
What happens if the project goes wrong and you are in another country?
Cross-border recourse is genuinely harder than domestic, and it would be dishonest to claim otherwise. We mitigate it with staged payments tied to delivered milestones rather than large sums up front, written scope agreed before work starts, and your code and assets held in repositories you own from day one.
