How does remote delivery work for a Amsterdam business?
We have no office in Amsterdam and no plans to open one. Work is delivered from our studio in Rajkot, through a shared board you can open at any time rather than a weekly status call. Do you have an office in Amsterdam?
No. Our studio is in Rajkot, India, and Amsterdam clients work with us remotely. There is no Dutch address behind this page. We put it in the opening paragraph rather than the footer because that is where a reader forms the assumption, and correcting it there costs nothing.
How should a restricted zone be priced?
As its own zone with its own carrier and rate, resolved from the delivery address. Absorbing it into a national figure means customers outside the zone subsidise those inside, and you still lose money on the hard deliveries. A real number is easier to defend than a hidden one.
Can cargo bicycles handle our products?
That depends entirely on size and weight, which is why the decision belongs in the product data rather than the shipping settings. A store that routes everything to a bicycle carrier will eventually send something that does not fit, and the failure is discovered at the kerb.
Do delivery windows change inside the zone?
Frequently, because access hours differ from ordinary streets and the vehicles serving it work to different rounds. Publishing the real windows for those postcodes rather than a national promise is better received than a missed slot, particularly from customers who know the rules apply.
Is this worth building for a small share of orders?
