Spain
AI automation for Spanish ecommerce
Reviews decide a large share of purchases and most stores collect them badly: one email, sent at the wrong moment, to everybody. Automating the timing and the follow-up is a small piece of work with a disproportionate effect. We build automation for Spanish businesses remotely.
What changes about AI Automation in Spain?
The mechanics of review collection are simple and the judgement is not. Asking immediately after dispatch gets a review of your delivery; asking long afterwards gets nothing. The right interval differs by product — something worn or consumed needs time, something used once does not — and that is a per-category decision the automation should respect rather than flatten. Responding is the half most businesses skip, and it is the half that is read by everybody who comes afterwards. A reply to a critical review is not written for the person who left it; it is written for the next several hundred people who read it while deciding. Automation helps by surfacing what needs a reply and drafting a starting point, and it should stop there. A response generated and sent without anybody reading it is how a business publishes something it would never have said, in public, under its own name. Drafting for approval is slower by a few minutes and it is the difference between a tool and a liability.
What an AI Automation project includes
Three things, and they do not change by country. What changes is the section above, which is the part worth reading before anybody agrees a scope for Spain.
- Product content drafting from real spec data
- Inventory sync and order routing between systems
- Retrieval-based support assistants over your own policies
Cities we cover in Spain
14 cities, each with its own page describing what commerce looks like there — what sells, who buys it and what makes selling there different — rather than repeating this one. All four services are delivered in every one of them, and we hold no office in any.
The rest of what we build in Spain
Replatforming rarely arrives on its own. The interface decides whether the new store converts, and the automation decides how much manual work it leaves behind, so the other services in this market are usually the next question rather than a later one.
AI Automation questions from Spain
Three questions specific to AI Automation in Spain. The general ones — how we work, what it costs, who owns the code — are answered on the service page, and the ones about selling into this market generally are on the Europe page above.
Do you have an office in Spain?
No. The studio is in Rajkot, India, and Spanish clients work with us remotely. We hold no Spanish address and this page does not imply one. If a supplier who can attend your premises matters, that is a fair requirement and we are honest that we do not meet it.
When should we ask for a review?
Late enough that the customer has actually used the product, which differs by category. Asking the day after dispatch produces a review of your courier, and asking months later produces silence. Setting the interval per category rather than globally is the whole trick.
Should replies to reviews be automated?
Drafted, not sent. A reply is read by everybody who comes afterwards, which makes it public writing under your name. Having a draft ready removes the reason businesses never reply, and a person approving it removes the reason they should not automate it.
