How does remote delivery work for a Lisbon business?
We have no office in Lisbon and no plans to open one. Work is delivered from our studio in Rajkot, through a shared board you can open at any time rather than a weekly status call. Everything agreed is written down the same day, because a decision nobody can find later is the same as one nobody made.

Do you have an office in Lisbon?

How many people do we need to test with?

Can we test before anything is built?
Yes, and it is the cheapest moment to do it. People can attempt tasks on a rough prototype or even on a competitor site, which tells you what they expect before you have committed to anything. Testing after launch tells you what you got wrong.
Does this replace analytics?
No, they answer different questions. Analytics tells you where people leave and testing tells you why. Neither is much use alone: a drop-off you cannot explain produces guesses, and an observation without volume behind it can lead you to optimise for one unusual person.
Who should watch the sessions?
