Belgium
AI automation for Belgian ecommerce
A Belgian support inbox arrives in more than one language, and sorting it is the work before the work. Reading each message to decide who should answer it and how urgent it is consumes the time that answering deserves. We build automation for Belgian businesses remotely, and we hold no Belgian office.
What changes about AI Automation in Belgium?
Triage is a good candidate for automation because being wrong is cheap and visible: a message routed to the wrong person is noticed immediately and moved, which is a very different risk profile from a message answered wrongly. Detecting the language, classifying the subject and flagging anything that looks urgent turns an unsorted queue into several short ones, and short queues get answered. What we would not do is let the classification decide anything a customer sees. A message tagged as a complaint should reach a person faster, not receive a different automatic reply, because the cost of misclassifying somebody's problem as a routine query is entirely borne by them. The other thing worth building is the record of what was classified and how, so the accuracy can be checked rather than assumed. In the queues we have automated, reviewing a week of classifications after launch always changes at least one rule, and the businesses that skipped that review are the ones that later stopped trusting the system.
What an AI Automation project includes
Three things, and they do not change by country. What changes is the section above, which is the part worth reading before anybody agrees a scope for Belgium.
- Product content drafting from real spec data
- Inventory sync and order routing between systems
- Retrieval-based support assistants over your own policies
Cities we cover in Belgium
8 cities, each with its own page describing what commerce looks like there — what sells, who buys it and what makes selling there different — rather than repeating this one. All four services are delivered in every one of them, and we hold no office in any.
The rest of what we build in Belgium
Replatforming rarely arrives on its own. The interface decides whether the new store converts, and the automation decides how much manual work it leaves behind, so the other services in this market are usually the next question rather than a later one.
AI Automation questions from Belgium
Three questions specific to AI Automation in Belgium. The general ones — how we work, what it costs, who owns the code — are answered on the service page, and the ones about selling into this market generally are on the Europe page above.
Do you have an office in Belgium?
No. The studio is in Rajkot, India, and Belgian clients work with us remotely. We hold no Belgian address and this page does not imply one. If a supplier who can attend your offices matters, that is a fair requirement and we are honest that we do not meet it.
What if a message is classified wrongly?
Somebody notices and moves it, which is why triage is a safe place to start. The rule we hold to is that a classification may change who sees a message and how quickly, but never what the customer receives, because that is where a mistake stops being cheap.
How do we know the classification is accurate?
By reviewing a week of it after launch, which always changes at least one rule in our experience. Keeping the record of what was classified and how is what makes that review possible, and it is the step most often skipped.
