Do you have a US office?
No. We work from Rajkot, India, and US clients are served remotely. There is no American address behind this page. Work runs on a shared board where every decision is written down the day it is made, which is what makes a distant supplier practical rather than merely possible.
How do we know routing is worth it?
Measure what you do now. Compare where each order shipped from against where it could have shipped from, for one month. Most businesses that run this comparison find a share of orders travelling further than necessary, and the size of that share decides whether the work pays.
Why does inventory sync matter so much?
Because routing reads stock figures, and a figure that updates overnight sends an order to a warehouse that sold out at lunchtime. The routing then gets blamed for a data problem, which is how these projects acquire a reputation for not working.
Should returns be routed too?
It is the same problem in reverse and it is usually left manual. Sending an item back to the location that will sell it fastest, rather than the one printed on the label, puts stock where demand is instead of where the parcel happened to come from.
Does this need a language model at all?
Frequently not. Routing is a rules engine with good data behind it, which is a duller sentence and a considerably more reliable system. We would rather tell you that than sell you something more impressive that ends up making a decision you cannot audit six months afterwards.
